Shine is Excited to offer Ecstatic Dance

ecstatic dance.jpeg

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance experience. It is for all abilities and all ages, a chance to re-connect with your innate joy of movement. The music goes from slow, to a peak, and gradually down to stillness. You can dance alone, or in community, no experience is needed.

We dance without substances, phones, conversations, (take talking off the dance floor if you want), and shoes. Wear any kind of clothing that you can easily move in.

Ecstatic Dance will be led by Rose Baz. More info coming soon!
